Ingredients
1 bunch of asparagus, fibrous ends trimmed off
2 tbs olive oil
1 tbs herbs de provence
salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
1. Preheat the oven to 400 degrees F.
2. Put the asparagus in a large bowl and coat with oil, then toss with the herbs, salt, and pepper.
3. Roast in oven until tender, about 12 minutes
